Millennium Green AGM and tidy-up – get involved!

The Henbury Millennium Green Trust will be holding a joint working party and AGM on the Henbury Millennium Green on Sunday 26th July 2026 at 10am.

This is an opportunity to meet some of the Trustees that mange the Green, find out about how the charity is run, and learn how the Green has been managed / maintained over the last year and what is planned for the next year.

After the AGM, we will be doing some jobs on the Green that we would love you to stay and help with if you can, to get the Green ready for the summer holidays.

There's lots to do to be sure the Green is at its best for everyone to use

• Tidying the area around the picnic bench.
• Tidying / weeding the area around the gate.
• Tidying / weeding the hardstanding near the gate.

So if you can spare some time to give us a hand, please. We'd love to see you, mums, dads and kids anytime between 10am and 11:30 Sunday July 26th.

Strong shoes and gardening gloves recommended. We'll have some tools available but if you bring along shears, loppers, secateurs, a trowel any of these would be helpful.
