Henbury Parish Council Submits Objections to Bellway Discharge of Conditions Planning Application 20/5102D
The Outline Planning Permission for the building of 135 dwellings between Whirley and Chelford Roads (Ref: 17/4217M) that was approved in January 2019 set out a series of conditions that must be met before building could start. This latest application , 20/5102D, submitted by Bellway to Cheshire East Council on 16 November 2020 sets out how it proposes to discharge some of those conditions.
Henbury PC has objected to CEC on this application on the grounds that :
- The Proposals do not adequately address the flood risk on the site.
- The proposed Travel Plan does not consider realistic scenarios and fails address concerns on schooling, safety on the A537 and the current bus timetabling.
