Henbury Parish Council submit further objection to the updated Planning Application 19/3097M – development opposite The Cock Inn
Bellway Homes have submitted updated plans for this development, which they claim have addressed earlier objections raised, however HPC disagree.
HPC continue to object on detailed environmental and infrastructure grounds, noting also that:
- the application (when combined with others in the relevant area) exceeds the number of houses allocated in the Local Plan.
- CEC's latest housing figures shows a deliverable supply of 7.5 years, therefore there is no need to develop such sites as this which fail on so many levels.
