ROAD CLOSURE – CHURCH LANE, HENBURY

Cheshire East Council has issued a temporary road closure notice for Church Lane, Henbury (SK11 9PD) to allow essential works by BT Openreach.

Where:
Church Lane, from the junction with Pepper Street to the junction with Henbury Rise.

When:
20–21 August 2026
The closure will be in place for up to 5 days, or less if the works are completed sooner.

Diversion:
Traffic will be diverted via Church Lane → Chelford Road → Pepper Street.

Access:
Pedestrian and cyclist access will be maintained. Emergency vehicle access and resident access will be maintained where possible.

Reason: BT Openreach works.
