Annual General Meeting 2018
This year's AGM will be held along with the Henbury Society AGM on Tuesday May 15th at 7.15 for 7.30 pm.
Under the terms of the Trust Deed set up in accordance with Millennium Commission guidelines, one of the duties of the Trustees is to hold an Annual General Meeting at which it reports on its finances and activities and receives feedback from the Henbury community. Trust members will report on activities undertaken in the last 12 months to maintain and improve the Green.
There will be ample opportunity for you to ask questions and make suggestions about the future of the Green, within the scope of the Trust Deed.
We strongly encourage you to come along on May 15th not only to hear how the Green is run, but also to let us know how you would like see the Green develop in future, and how we can work together to reach that goal.
