NOTICE OF TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED RESTRICTION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
CHELFORD ROAD, HENBURY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict traffic as follows, embankment repair
Restriction of traffic-Chelford Road, Henbury
From the junction with Rough Heys Lane to the junction with Birtles Lane
The 30mph speed restriction will be in place 24 hours a day
This order will come into operation on Monday 12th October 2020 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 20th November 2020.
