Cheshire East Council have advised that they are now consulting on a number of Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO's) currently in place across the borough. These orders are in existence for a period of 3 years and the current orders are due to expire in October 2020. The Council has a statutory obligation to consult with residents ahead of the orders being extended for a further 3 year period. The Council encourage responses.
The PSPO's to be consulted on include:-
- Dog fouling / Dog Control (boroughwide)
