Henbury Millennium Green Working Party 2016
Thanks to all who came to help with the Autumn Working Party on the Millennium Green on Saturday 8th October, especially the Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Leaders and parents of 3rd Macclesfield Scout Group.
We removed a couple of trees that were getting too big, and also cut back some of the regrowth from the coppicing we have been doing over the last few years. This has opened up some of the woodland areas so they are more accessible, and so more light can get into them.
The Scout Group dragged all the cut material to the bonfire site, so there is now a large pile ready for the bonfire on 5th November.
