Help for Our Green

Welcome volunteer help coming to the Millennium Green
The M G Trustees are delighted that on Monday September 29th a team of 15 people from Employees Volunteering , (an organisation that manages employer supported volunteering for local companies) ,will be helping us by carrying out some major maintenance work on the Green .
This will include clearing overgrown footpath and pruning / weaving the willow growth at the play area bench arbour and the willow "house" near the sundial. And perhaps more!
These jobs are very time consuming and we are so grateful to receive this offer of free volunteer help in keeping the Green in good condition for our community.
If you see them at work on the 29th please pop in and give them a big THANK YOU !
