Data Protection Information for Members
We collect personal information about you such as name, postal and E address and telephone number when you join or when you renew membership of the Society. We collect only the information from you that enables us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you which includes being able to contact you with subscription renewal and AGM notices.
We use the information collected to allow us to contact you as a Member by post, telephone and email with information about the Society's activities. The preferred means of contacting you is from firstname.lastname@example.org the E Mail system of the website Henbury Online (www.henbury.org) which is administered by the Henbury Society.
Your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and with the appropriate levels of security.
The Society will not share your information with any other organisations.
Your information will be kept throughout your time as a member and for such reasonable time as may be needed up to a maximum of 1 year.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. Please contact our Data Controller.
If you have consented to receive correspondence by any or all of the above means you can opt out at any time.
