MEMBERS PRIVACY POLICY

What information do we collect about you?
We collect personal information about you such as name, postal and E address and telephone number when you join or when you renew membership of the Society and this information is securely retained by the Society Data Controller. We collect only the information from you that enables us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you which includes being able to contact you with subscription renewal and AGM notices.

How your information about you will be used.
We use the information collected to allow us to contact you as a Member by post, telephone and email with information about the Society's activities. The preferred means of contacting you is from editor@henbury.org the E Mail system of the website Henbury Online (www.henbury.org) which is administered by the Henbury Society.
We do not share any of the above mentioned personal information with any other organisations.

Individual Rights.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. Please contact our Data Controller.
If you have consented to receive correspondence by any or all of the above means you can opt out at any time.

Changes to our Privacy Policy.
We review our Privacy Policy regularly. It was last reviewed in April 2018.
